Acceptance of Agreement

Before accepting this Agreement, please be sure to carefully read the entire content of this Agreement, especially the clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability and the choice of court jurisdiction. Regardless of whether you actually read this Agreement, by clicking to confirm this Agreement through the web page or actually using the platform services, you indicate that you have reached an agreement on this Agreement and agree to accept all the agreed contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please do not agree to this Agreement or use the services under this Agreement.
Service Recipients
Our website is intended for business entities or other organizations that are legally registered and effectively existing under the laws of their place of residence and capable of fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement. If you do not meet these qualifications, please do not continue to use our services, and we have the right to terminate the provision of services to you at any time.
Service Content
Our services include SMS sending, multimedia messaging, two-way SMS conversations, account management, top-up billing, statistical reports and other functions. We reserve the right to modify the service content at any time, and will publish the revised text on this page after modification, so please check this page frequently. If you continue to use our services, you are deemed to accept our modifications to these terms.
Account Registration and Use
You should submit registration information as required by the platform and ensure that the registration information submitted is true and valid. When your relevant registration information changes, you should promptly modify the relevant information after the change. Due to your submission of false registration information, inaccurate information submission, or failure to update in time, we have the right to stop your service, and any loss or liability caused thereby shall be borne by yourself. You should properly keep your terminal and account and password, and be fully responsible for all activities carried out using that account and password.
Account Security
Since your account is associated with your personal information, corporate information, and business information, your account is limited to your own use. Without consent, your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your account or obtain information under your account is invalid. If you discover that someone else is using your account and password, or any other situation without your legal authorization, you should immediately notify the platform in an effective manner and provide necessary information so that the platform can verify your identity and the event.
Usage Standards
You may not use this platform and services to create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, disseminate, or reprint content that may interfere with the normal operation of this service, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other subjects, or violate national laws and regulations, including but not limited to: (1) opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution; (2) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; (3) damaging national honor and interests; (4) inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; (5) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability; (6) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or instigating crime; (7) insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests; (8) other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
User Responsibilities
You should bear legal responsibility for your behavior during the use of the service and the rights and obligations between you and your customers, and you should conduct application operation activities in accordance with the law and independently bear the corresponding legal responsibility. You should ensure that SMS content, list sources, and sending behavior comply with local regulations, channel policies, and necessary consent requirements. If you violate this Agreement or relevant service terms, resulting in any third-party claims, demands, or losses, you agree to compensate us and our affiliates and hold us harmless.
Platform Rights and Obligations
We have the right to modify, upgrade, and perform various operations on the platform, and have the right to formulate and modify platform and service specifications. Once published on our website, the specifications constitute part of this Agreement, and you should comply with them; otherwise, you should stop using this service, and this Agreement will automatically terminate. In the event of network or system maintenance or upgrade requiring suspension of service or requiring your cooperation, we should inform you in advance. We have the right to inspect and supervise your services to prevent, discover, and investigate fraud, security hazards, illegal or conduct that violates agreements with you.
Paid Services
We will provide free or paid services related to this service to users according to business needs. The platform has the right to adjust part or all of this service to paid services, and has the right to formulate charging standards and payment methods. You may accept or reject paid services; if you choose to use paid services, you need to pay fees; if you refuse to pay fees, the platform has the right to stop providing services to you. The specific content of this service you enjoy may vary depending on the specific service category you choose and other factors, subject to the actual content published on the relevant service pages.
Confidentiality
Confidential information under this Agreement refers to commercial secrets, computer programs, design technologies, ideas, know-how, processes, data, business and product development plans, customer information related to the disclosing party's business, and other information obtained or learned by one party (hereinafter referred to as the "receiving party") from the other party (hereinafter referred to as the "disclosing party"), or confidential information received by the disclosing party from another party. Both parties should take appropriate measures to properly preserve the confidential information provided by the other party, with a degree of prudence no less than that used to protect their own confidential information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website architecture, arrangement of website screens, and web design, is legally owned by us or other rights holders. Without our written consent or that of other rights holders, no one may unauthorizedly use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, or publicly publish platform programs or content. You may not delete, damage, cover, or modify our copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary marks on products.
Breach of Contract
If you violate the provisions of this Agreement in using the services provided by our platform, including but not limited to using any means to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or using any material or information containing obscenity, defamation, slander, rumors, racism, or any infringement of others' name rights, reputation rights, or privacy rights, thereby causing third parties to make claims, lawsuits, or other proceedings against us, you should compensate us for all losses arising therefrom (including but not limited to litigation fees, attorney fees, settlement fees, compensation fees, and all other expenses) and hold us harmless.
Disclaimer
You fully understand that using our communication channels involves the Internet and telecommunications carrier network services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, you agree that we are not responsible for service problems such as interruption, delay, or pause caused by power outages, billing system failures, transmission line failures, communication failures, maintenance and upgrades, computer errors or viruses, hacker attacks, information damage, data loss, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. We have the right to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment providing network services. If network services are interrupted or suspended for a reasonable time due to such circumstances, we need not bear any responsibility.
Termination and Transfer of Agreement
When you stop and no longer use our services, or we cannot contact you through the contact information you provided within a reasonable period of time, we will terminate providing services to you. When your behavior violates relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend our services and require you to immediately stop the illegal behavior. We have the right to transfer all rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliates. In the event of a transfer, we will notify you through website announcements, in-site notifications, email, or other means. Without our prior written consent, you may not unauthorizedly transfer all or part of your rights under this Agreement, or transfer all or part of your obligations under this Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The signing, validity, performance, termination, and interpretation of this Agreement and its rules shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan region). In the event of a dispute in the performance of this Agreement, both parties should resolve it through consultation based on the principle of mutual understanding and accommodation.
Terms Updates
We have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. We have the right to interpret the terms of this Agreement. You can consult the relevant Agreement terms in the latest version of this platform. After the terms of this Agreement change, if you continue to use the services provided by this platform, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you should stop using the services provided by this platform.
